Terms of Use
Agreement
By purchasing from PSV Script Store (“the store”) or using software obtained through the store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or install.
License tiers
Single domain ($97 per product family)
One production domain per purchase. The license key is issued for the domain you register at checkout or during post-purchase registration. Each key validates against that domain only at install time and during ongoing use.
If another person needs to run their own exchange, they need their own single-domain purchase — you may not share your key or ZIP to license a site you do not operate.
Multi domain ($650 per product family)
For operators running more than one exchange they own and operate. All production domains are registered under your customer account at psv-scripts.com. Each domain you add receives its own license key from your account dashboard.
The multi-license is licensed to the purchaser only. It is intended for sites you control and operate yourself. It is not for:
- Reselling license keys or the software to third parties
- Issuing keys on behalf of other exchange owners who have not purchased their own license
- Hosting or white-label licensing where unrelated operators run sites under your multi purchase
We may suspend or revoke licenses where use clearly falls outside these terms.
Domain registration & license keys
- Domains must be entered without
https://, paths, or www. (e.g. myexchange.com). - Each active license is tied to one production domain and one product family.
- License validation runs against the store API during install and in production.
- Transferring a license to a different domain requires contacting support — keys are not freely movable.

After payment and account registration, download links and updates are available from your customer account. The same ZIP applies to all tiers in a product family. You are responsible for secure storage of download links and license keys.
Operator responsibility
You are the operator of any site you install our software on. You are responsible for:
- Running your exchange or mailer lawfully in your jurisdiction
- Member support, uptime, and fair operation of surf, ads, and credits
- Security patches, backups, and server maintenance
- Content, privacy policy, and compliance on your domain
Software is sold for operators who intend to run a site — not as a collectible or idle investment.
Purchases & payment
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Stripe checkout is processed immediately. Wise bank transfers are confirmed manually — your order is activated after payment clears and registration may wait until confirmation.
Refunds
Because delivery is digital (license keys and download access), refunds are generally not offered once a license key has been issued or a download has been provided. Contact support before purchase if you are unsure which tier you need.
Your account
You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. One customer account holds your purchases, licenses, downloads, help access, and community access where entitled.
Support & help
Product help is published at /help. Community access requires an active license where enabled. Support does not include free custom development or server administration on your hosting.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version on this page applies to new purchases. Continued use of issued licenses after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms for ongoing use.
