Diagnose
From SSH: curl -I https://psv-scripts.com should return HTTP 200 or 301.
Shared hosting
Ask support to allow outbound HTTPS. Some budget hosts block curl entirely.
Temporary outage
If psv-scripts.com is down briefly, retry later — installs cache success but may recheck later.
