OPcache after deploy
Clear cache when updating files.
Symptom
Old PHP code runs after upload — admin shows new version but behavior unchanged.
Fix
Restart PHP-FPM or toggle OPcache reset in panel. Some hosts need ticket to clear.
Production
Keep OPcache enabled for performance — just flush on deploy.
