Document root configuration
Point domain at script root.
Correct root
Document root = folder containing index.php. Not parent public_html unless files live there.
Subdomains
staging subdomain gets its own document root pointing at staging copy.
Addon domains
Each exchange on addon domain needs separate install and license.
