Bank transfers may take time to confirm.
Why pending
Wise orders stay in pending until we manually confirm the transfer. This is normal for bank payments and usually completes within one business day.
What you can do
- Check your email for Wise payment instructions
- Include the order reference in the transfer memo
- Log in to /account — status updates when confirmed
After confirmation
License keys and download links unlock automatically. You will receive email when the order is marked paid.
