Status meanings
- Paid — license active, download available
- Pending — awaiting Wise confirmation
- Refunded — license may be revoked
License linkage
Each paid order generates entitlements shown on the dashboard. Multi-domain licenses list every domain you have added.

For stuck pending orders, use the contact form with your order ID. We match Wise transfers by reference number.
